How the process will work
Customer given home or store selection
If C@S selected customer prompted to enter postcode
This returns local stores offering Collect@Store service
Customer places order. This can be an with a combination of the 3 types of collection (Jessops Promise)
Option to provide mobile number for SMS order update
Customer required to enter credit card details to ensure order is genuine
Card is not charged until they complete the order in store. Pre- auth obtained
In additional to a ready for collection email customers who have provided a mobile number will be sent an SMS message
